Animesh is a strategist, design researcher and civil engineer with good practical knowledge of project management, research and strategy working on various projects in the construction industry as well as during his time as a graduate student at Parsons School of Design. He has always been interested in human-centered design and how it affects our day to day life. While working in the construction industry he got the opportunity to work on multiple projects and research those from a user experience perspective. For him, it's all about understanding the user and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction with a product, service or space.

He would like to be part of an organization to transition and use this knowledge and abilities in the field of research and product development and find innovative solutions to wicked problems of the world.
